- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
We also collect technical data when you use our membership system, including venue visit timestamps and membership activation records.

We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your Inlet Foodies membership
- Send your digital membership card and setup link
- Send SMS text messages related to your membership, including confirmation messages and membership recovery links
- Track your venue visits and dining rewards progress
- Process membership renewals and payments
- Respond to your questions or support requests
3. SMS Text Messaging
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only with:
- Stripe — to process membership payments securely
- Twilio — to deliver SMS text messages to your phone
- Google — we use Google Sheets to store membership records securely
- Participating venues — only your member code and first name are shared to verify your membership at the point of service
We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members and business.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your membership data is stored securely in Google Sheets, protected by Google’s enterprise-grade security infrastructure. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our systems. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your membership information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
